After payment is received, we shall review your request and assign the most suitable designer to take hold of your project. We shall send you an e-mail with the questionnaire link, as well as the link to open the communication channel with your assigned designer.

In the chat with your designer, you will be able to pass on all the communication needed to work on the project, including your requirements, design concepts, drafts and final artwork.

Work with your designer until you make the design you want. Once you’re happy with your design, the designer will send you the final design in its relevant format(s), along with the design source files. The project then closes and we can move to our next project together.
